Spavia Day Spa Fuels 20th Anniversary Year with Six New Franchise Agreements

 

National Day Spa Celebrates 60 Opened Locations, Launches New Treatments and Earns National Recognition for Community Impact

 

 

Denver, Colo. – Spavia Day Spa, the affordable luxury spa franchise redefining the neighborhood spa experience with resort-inspired and result-driven treatments, is celebrating the first half of its 20th anniversary year with notable franchise development, new treatment offerings, and national accolades for its community impact.

 


Following its entry into South Carolina and Kansas at the end of 2024, Spavia has signed six new franchise agreements in the first half of 2025 alone. These include a second Kansas location, and additional development in Colorado, North Carolina, northern New Jersey and Florida. 

 


The brand also signed its first franchise agreement for its urban design, Sway by Spavia, in Dallas, Texas— building on the successful launch of its flagship location earlier this year. This wave of development comes on the heels of Spavia’s 60th spa opening in California, reinforcing the brand’s expanding footprint in key growth markets across the country. Looking ahead, Spavia is advancing its ambitious franchise development phase, with a target of reaching 200 locations within the next decade. With a strategic emphasis on expanding into major metropolitan areas across the United States, the brand is initially focusing on cities within Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.
